Please note: Once you place an order for a ready-to-wear size, returns and exchanges are not possible as the garment will be made to order . However, if upon receiving the garment, you require alterations for a better fit, we are happy to assist you (see Alteration section below).

  1. Custom-Made Magic: For a truly personalized touch and perfect fit, provide your specific measurements and collaborate with our team to create a garment tailored just for you. Returns and exchanges are not possible for custom-made pieces due to the meticulous customization involved.
  2. Jewellery and Accessories: Please note that jewellery and accessories are not eligible for exchange unless the product received is damaged. In case of damaged jewellery or accessories, kindly share a clear video showcasing the damage to initiate an exchange.

Complimentary Initial Alterations: Our skilled team will diligently refine your garment within a reasonable timeframe, ensuring a comfortable and stylish fit. Should alterations not address your concerns for instance like fabric not available in stock , we will offer a credit note equivalent to the full value of the garment, to be reflected in your Diya Aswani account wallet. This credit can be applied towards future purchases, allowing you to explore the world of Diya Aswani with renewed confidence and elegance.

Subsequent Alterations: Should further alterations be required, we offer additional services at a nominal cost.

To facilitate a smooth alteration process, please provide:

  • Clear pictures and/or videos: These visuals will help our team understand your alteration request precisely.
  • Detailed description: Clearly communicate the specific areas of concern and desired modifications.

Exchange Policy:

We maintain the highest quality standards and strive for error-free deliveries. However, in the unlikely event you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are happy to facilitate an exchange for the same product in perfect condition.

To initiate an exchange:

  • Contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide clear pictures or videos showcasing the damage (if applicable).
  • Share a picture of the received item alongside the original order confirmation email (if applicable).

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Damaged Products: Provide clear video and pictures showcasing the damage.
  • Incorrect Products: Send a picture of the received item alongside the original order confirmation email.

Additional Requirements:

  • All original packaging materials, tags, and MRP tags must be intact and returned with the garment.
  • The garment must be unworn and unused.

Shipping Costs:

  • Exchange: The customer bears the cost of returning the product for an exchange.
  • Alterations: We cover the cost of shipping the altered garment back to you once. Subsequent alteration requests may incur additional shipping costs at the customer's expense.
